A celebration of life for a friend,
Carrot cake, beer, and bike ride memories,
A yellow Jeep parked outside,
I wonder if it’s had recent adventures.
Cars line both sides of the street,
People and food fill her house to the brim.
She’s gone but her home is full -
This is love from both sides of life.
